I liked it a lot, although not like the typical chestnut ke is made with it ... it feels very much the flavor of chestnuts, and when their teeth ends up a nice piece of walnut, is really a pleasure!!

Today I experimented with the use of rice flour making these biscuits .....


INGREDIENTS: 200 g of rice flour, 200 g of flour with baking powder, 80g butter, 120 g sugar, 1 egg, milk to taste, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

here I am, as I said yesterday, will post the recipe for the cookies .....

The following is a tart ke .... my daughter has done this week cooking school, then lost on Saturday in the kitchen and we do the "guinea pigs" D. ...... ... but it was good !!!!!

INGREDIENTS: 500g of 00 flour, 300 g sugar, 300 g of butter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 / 4 x packet of yeast cakes, peel / lemon flavor, 2 eggs, apricot jam (or other choice ).
PROCEDURE: Place the flour, add baking powder and vanilla. Apart soften the butter with your hands (a cream). Put the sugar in the center of the fountain of flour and knead in the butter. Join the eggs and peel / lemon flavor. Start to knead quickly until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. leave in the fridge wrapped in plastic x 30 minutes. here I am again, after the bread, as always, I propose a second sprint. The lamb insakkettato ke ..... a cooking method does not require the addition of any type of fat ...... the only thing to wear, are salt and spices to your liking and imagination .... I'm talking about bags x baking .... Take the lamb, season with salt and flour and mix of flavors, (I used rosemary and garlic lamb )..... mix well with this mix, put it in the bag, tied with the appropriate string and drill a small hole on top of the bag .... bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, then it depends on the amount of meat used .... ke pull out of the oven, let rest x 10 minutes ... open the bag and the Serve ... meat will be especially tender and tasty ...
