insakkettato Lamb ...

here I am again, after the bread, as always, I propose a second sprint. The lamb insakkettato ke ..... a cooking method does not require the addition of any type of fat ...... the only thing to wear, are salt and spices to your liking and imagination .... I'm talking about bags x baking .... Take the lamb, season with salt and flour and mix of flavors, (I used rosemary and garlic lamb )..... mix well with this mix, put it in the bag, tied with the appropriate string and drill a small hole on top of the bag .... bake at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, then it depends on the amount of meat used .... ke pull out of the oven, let rest x 10 minutes ... open the bag and the Serve ... meat will be especially tender and tasty ...
