The following is a tart ke .... my daughter has done this week cooking school, then lost on Saturday in the kitchen and we do the "guinea pigs" D. ...... ... but it was good !!!!!

Join the eggs and peel / lemon flavor. Start to knead quickly until the dough is smooth and homogeneous. leave in the fridge wrapped in plastic x 30 minutes. If the pastry goes mad, or if during processing it crumbles, just add a mixture bit 'of cold water or 1 / 2 egg white to retrieve it and make it more elastic.
the past 30 minutes, roll out the dough with a thickness of 1 / 2 cm if you want crisp, 1 cm if you want softer .... put in a pan, drill holes in the dough, put the jam, decorate with the remaining dough and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on oven ).... Enjoy it! :)
