INGREDIENTS: 250g of chestnut flour, 2 eggs, 70g of sugar, 70ml oil, 100ml milk, 70g raisins 70g walnuts or hazelnuts or pine nuts, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
PROCEDURE: Soak the raisins in water calda.Nel meantime mount sugar and eggs, add oil and milk, a pinch of salt and sifted chestnut flour. Mix well, if it is too dry, add milk slowly until the right consistency (the x flat bread), put the bag lievito.Strizzare raisins and flour, add to the mixture along with walnuts (or hazelnuts or pine nuts ) coarsely chopped. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan coated with cartaforno. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes, check out the area with a toothpick.
I liked it a lot, although not like the typical chestnut ke is made with it ... it feels very much the flavor of chestnuts, and when their teeth ends up a nice piece of walnut, is really a pleasure!!
