Fennel Gorgonzola ...

INGREDIENTS: 3
fennel
150/200g Gorgonzola cheese 4 tablespoons fresh


1 or 2 eggs 100g cream (optional)

oil salt

PROCEDURE: Slice the fennel and
brown in skillet with oil and salt. Once cooked, transfer to a baking dish in one layer. In a bowl mix for good eggs, parmesan, gorgonzola and cream x make the mix more fluid. Pour over fennel and infornarte at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. The doses are indicative, I did a little 'eye ...
